about arriving to a place inside where we feel like ourselves. And what I want to do today is figure that out or get a little bit

closer to that by noticing the thing that pulls us away from ourselves. And sometimes this can be a

really good practice to find more of that essence, more of that authenticity that pulls us into who we really are,

is noticing the moments and the places and the experiences and the things and the people

that make us feel like we have to pretend, that make us feel like we have to put on a mask

to shrink and play small or like we have to make ourselves really, really big to just be heard.

Anything in our daily life that we come across and it might be a bunch of stuff because unfortunately
