I know I am, and I'm really excited about this podcast because this one is just one. It's probably the question that's been on your mind. so what we're going to do is we're going to imagine that we're surrounded by a healing positive

energy and when we breathe it in it's going to be like a energy. And when we breathe it in, it's

going to be like a gray cloud. When we breathe it in, it's going to heal our insides. It's going to be

a high vibrational energy just bouncing around, loosening up all that negativity. And when we

breathe out, all the negativity comes out. And we're left in a positive ease state. So that way

we can move forward to enjoy the podcast
