How's it going, everybody? Welcome to the Positive Mindset Podcast. This is your host, Henry, and together

we become the best part of our world's day. We'll hope your day is rolling along very well,

you know, very in flow, and you are getting closer to your dreams, if not living them, this very

second. But, you know, don't move too much because this podcast, this episode is going to be

on the dangers of abundance. So we talk a lot about abundance and wanting to achieve it,

and it is such a great thing when we do get there. But there are some warning signs or dangers

that come along with it. And they're really probably some of the biggest lessons that we

have in front of us to learn. So I can't wait to dive into that and really break down on how you

grow or break down the fact that when you grow, these abundant things will start happening.

You'll start getting a more flow state, but then how they can also become limiting factors

you know, the, I don't want to say enlightenment, but, you know, that love state, that high

vibrational energy that we are working so hard to be in and maintain so that we can, in fact,

be the best part of our world's day and achieve that positive mindset. But of course,

before we dive into it, we're going to take a deep breath so that we can be at ease so that we can

be at flow and really take a second to do a health check on our body. Make sure our mind is feeling

well, that our body's feeling well, and do something nice for it. So we're going to imagine that we're surrounded

by a high vibrational energy. This energy is healing. It is everything that we need to be the best

version of ourselves. And when we breathe it in in a nice deep breath, it's going to fill up

our lungs. It's going to shake up any negativity we have, any bad thoughts, anything that is

holding us back. And then once we breathe out, all that negativity and bad thoughts are going to

come out and we're going to lead into this podcast in a positive mind state. So let's go ahead
