Dave and I took a walk last night that was kind of sort of like lighting a candle.

I'll explain in just a moment. Welcome to walking is fitness. This is a podcast of action, providing

So let me explain, first off, the candle analogy. Ava is a candle person.

We've got a number of candles around the house,

and more often than not, one of those candles is lit. And of course course each candle has a different aroma and some I really like

some I like we don't have any that I dislike because well we don't and I've noticed because I'm not a candle guy, I think that if it wasn't for ever, there would be no candles.

And even if there were, if someone gave us a candle, I wouldn't be the one lighting it.

But I do enjoy, when she's got a candle lit, the aroma, and the mood.

Candles really enhance the mood and can change the mood,

which is probably one of the reasons why we have candles.

And maybe you too.

You've discovered the same thing. That's why there are stores that sell candles and nothing but candles.

That's why there are companies that sell nothing but candles.

And there's a store in town when we,

even I walk in town every now and then we'll go into the

store and we'll shop unscrew the lids and check out the different candle
