a 55 year old to lose the last 10 to 15 pounds of fat? Now the first thing I'll say is having

done this for 28 years now is that most people when they say they have 10 pounds to lose,

they have 30 pounds to lose. I know a few people who just started, they were like, yeah,

I've got to lose 10, 15, 20 pounds. Some of those guys have 50 pounds to lose. So you got to be

honest with yourself. And then once you start the journey, there's first 10, sometimes come off

fairly quickly and then you're like, holy shit. I got a way to go. So it's kind of an eye opening

realization as you get into the journey, how far gone you have let yourself get to be. But

you got to put in the work. You didn't become fat in 90 days. It might be 90 months. It might be

three years, three decades, whatever. So now you got to get dedicated and it's going to take time.

You got to be patient. But you can still make massive progress in 90 days as long as you're

dedicated. You got to track macros, you got to get your workouts in, you got to live four to five days

a week. I would do high intensity and my definition of hit is very different than the mainstream.
