Alright, so let's get started with what I did this weekend.

And that was, we took a nice hike.

A place called Little Pine State Park in Pennsylvania.

It's in the town called Watersville, which is a mountain, I don't know, maybe 15-20 minutes.

North, I'm guessing, of Williamsport.

It's kind of north central Pennsylvania.

First time I was ever at this park, it was a wonderful hike.

I would say nice weather, a little on the cool side, mostly cloudy, very pleasant hiking weather.

The elevation going up wasn't too bad, but going down.

This was one of the steepest descents.

I'd say I'd hiked in a long time, maybe on a marked trail.

I've hiked descents to steep, probably on Bushwacks.

And I doubt I did it on purpose.

But it felt like we may have hiked a mile or two.

And I felt that I had shin splints that night.
