Most of you guys know that I got ahead in my podcast recording.

We're still doing the Saturday Q&As in real time, but because I have baby row here,

we got ahead on the Monday episodes.

But I didn't want this message to wait.

So I'm just popping into the bonus episode, even though it won't have an episode number,

because that is okay.

I've had a couple of conversations this week that I've just been really eager to chat with

you about related to wanting things to be easy or wanting to feel ready.

And the flip side of that is not pursuing something because it's hard, right?

Being frustrated that it's hard, wanting it to be easy, or not pursuing something because

we're not ready yet.

We don't feel ready and we're waiting for that sense of readiness.
