Summary

If you had the magic ability to travel back in time to teach your younger self a lesson, what would that be? This is a question I posed on my Facebook page earlier this week and the response was overwhelming. However, there seemed to be one clear, over-arching theme: the pain that you're going through will subside. Listen today to find out the lesson I had to share. Hopefully it'll spark something in your mind that you can pass on to the younger generation.

Good morning and happy Friday. Today I'm going to share with you some powerful lessons that came in the form of a social media post and why you should take action in sharing them

0:18.0

with the youth of today. So I put out a post and asked a question to potentially you saying, hey, if there was one impactful

0:31.7

lesson that you could go back in time and share with your younger

0:34.7

self what would it be?

0:37.6

What would that lesson be?

0:40.9

And dead serious right now, think about it for just a moment. If you could transport

0:45.3

yourself back in time, right, to some earlier piece of your evolutionary journey, more than

0:52.1

likely it's during those adolescent years, right, the time in which our

0:56.1

subconscious is forming it in its totality that four to 14 years old. There were some things that you probably were going through at that period of time in life.

1:05.7

And your adult self now, having conquered those things, probably realizes that they were not as significant in the moment as you made them out to be.

1:19.0

Well, things like that are the lessons to go back in time and share.

1:25.0

And I was given the gift of, currently as I'm recording this,

1:31.0

30 or 40 of these lessons.

1:35.0

And I want to share some of the most impactful ones with you because I believe they're still applicable today.

1:41.0

But before I get into what people posted, I want to share mine.

1:45.0

I want to share the thing that I wish that I knew when I was younger,

1:49.0

and that I had somehow built inside of myself, I worked consistently with Gianna,

1:55.6

Lindsay Nye's daughter, officially her daughter, but I claim her to be mine

1:59.7

just as much. Almost on a daily basis.

2:08.4

And that lesson is, you're exactly who you're supposed to be.

2:15.0

You don't need to be someone else other than who you are.

2:20.0

And it's okay and almost expected that that version of you is going to grow and morph and evolve throughout your life.
