interesting I thought the fact that we were able to cover lots of different topics and start off wider conversations that have then led to bigger podcast like we did biohacking, we did all sorts of things, it's where the reading habit really started.

So it was a really good place to kind of generate a conversation with you, but also it was the starting point for a lot of the bigger shows and the guests that have been on since.
