This episode is for all of you single folk who want a relationship but are so exhausted, sick and tired of the dating landscape, sick and tired of not meeting someone.

This is also, for those of you who are happily coupled, but you know, you have that best friend or that brother or that sister that just needs help. So I have been getting over the

years a lot of messages from people asking me to talk more about, you know, the actual process

of asking someone out or who to say yes to when someone like pursues them and who to say

no to and just help on how to actually find love in an age where we live in a society right now

where people are going after the next dopamine hit, they are seeking validation,

and yet every one of us, this is what I know for sure, we are so starved for meaningful connection.

And yet never have I seen people settle for so many meaningless connections.

Never have I seen people having a harder time finding emotionally available people to connect with. Never have I seen so many people just get

involved with people who are not right for them because they think that that's the best that

they can do.

Now, there are great people out there, and I'm going to keep saying that.

So this is an episode to encourage you. But there's a really big problem that I see out there.
