In my opinion, investment of security is shelter. If you stop paying for one of the most important

assets, that's where we're starting to see people really get pinched in their financial pocket

book and starting to have to make some tough decisions. And if the house and the mortgage payment

is the one that you're cutting, that might be foreshadowing some potential pain that may be in the

marketplace. That also may be for investors a point of opportunity to start looking at

getting a little bit more aggressive and thinking that the market might be taking a shift.
