We are coming up on the beginning of June here at the epic homestead and the

Jacques in the garden homestead. So what are we actually doing right now? Well

something we did yesterday, at least at my house, you've been doing tomatoes for a

while now, is we recently put in a row of indeterminate tomatoes and then

bush tomatoes in the front or dwarf determinants, right? Actually, they're indeterminate.

They're indeterminants because it's it's Craig Luhullier's project, right? That's

the interesting thing about that one is is the logic to grow the indeterminate

because you get to preserve the flavor and you're selecting for the dwarf

habit and just not grow a determinant? Yeah, so the idea is that it will also

the determinants will generally set all their fruit at a similar time. Yeah. So

the dwarf is like a cross between an indeterminate and a dwarf, I think indeterminate

variety. Yeah. That's naturally just stalking short, but the cool thing is that

they only get like three to five feet tall and they'll continuously produce

tomatoes the whole time while they're growing. So you get more similar indeterminate

flavor and style tomatoes, but you get a much easier plant to manage in the end.

Got it. So you're getting, yeah, you're basically just not sacrificing what you

normally would when you grow the determinant. Exactly. But you're getting the

benefit of the determinant and and then in theory, the flavor should be better. Yeah.

If that's what you're going for. Exactly. Got it. So we put those in the front, of

course, of the bed, and then we put the indeterminants in the back. And what

we'll do is a basically a really long Florida weave this time instead of
