Hey guys, it's Kathy. I just want to share an extra mini episode with you every single week

because I want to be there for you. I want to be there to encourage you. I want to be there to

help you see things in a way that just feels like it's doable. Like you are so much closer than

you really think and I want to show you what's possible. So here's one of our Minisodes. I hope

you like it. Take a listen. Sometimes we can't catch our breath. We just like keep learning the next

thing and we're moving so fast that we just feel overwhelmed and it's like anything you're

learning whether you're learning Japanese or you're learning to play the piano. Everything that we

learn that we actually gain mastery over, it comes through repetition and that's how we learn the ABCs,

that's how we learn anything. And every time we re-approach something like week one, you know,

you were just energetically even approaching this so differently than you are now. There's more

bandwidth, there's a little bit more ease. There's you're starting to learn this language and it's not

as overwhelming and so it's good to go back because when we're in overwhelm energetically,

there's stuff that we just don't even take in because we can't handle so much at one time. And so then

we go back and we're like, oh, now I can kind of integrate these other parts and these other pieces. So

the beautiful thing I will say and we said this to you at the very start is that the majority of

people who have ever started a podcast have not recorded more than seven episodes. And so if you

record episode 8, 9, 10, and 11, you are way ahead of the game. Most people do that with everything.

They just say, I'm going to try to do this but they're not really committed to doing it. And when

you're just like, I am doing this, I am doing this podcast, it becomes a fate of complete. Like

eventually you might pivot. You might slightly change what the format of the show is. You might

slightly change the name of the show. You might change the artwork of the show. And it doesn't
