If I'm being honest and why would I not be, I don't think there's a whole lot that walking can't improve.

But today, we're going to talk about what walking can't fix in life.

Today's 10-minute walk is happening on an access road that is paved, but probably hasn't been repaved in quite some time and there's a lot of

gravel along the side of the road and that's where I'm walking along the side.

Also keeping an eye out for snake action.

We've actually seen, I don't know,

a handful of snakes while we've been out walking.

There was one the other day.

Oh, this was crazy.

So I take a walk every afternoon,

and we have a certain route that we take that's beside a lake behind our

community at one point there's a little wooden bridge that goes over a stream that runs into the lake

that flows into the lake and so it's I think it's a handmade wooden bridge.

I think a neighbor actually constructed the bridge so people could get across this stream

and we're walking across the bridge and Ava's in front of me

and there was a snake in between the slats. And as Ava hit that bridge, maybe she was a step away from reaching the snake.

The snake lifted its head up so we could see it and then darted off.

It's like, okay, there's an adrenaline rush right there.

That's the second time we've seen a snake on that little bridge.

So I'm not near that little bridge, but just aware that snakes are happening in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina,
