I think most of us when we get started walking as a fitness activity, as exercise,

there's a reason why, there's a because, I'm walking because I want to lose weight. I'm walking because my doctor told me so.

I'm walking because while I listen to this podcast and the guy on the podcast says that walking will change your life.
