Welcome to our final practice of this week. It's our final practice of the first full week of January. I hope this week has really served you. We've done some really important work around worthiness, around feeling like we're deserving, around feeling good enough as we are, which is really important work to do at a time where we are told we are not.

Today, I want you to drop into a practice that helps you feel like yourself.

A practice where at the very least, that loud, critical voice in the back of your mind turns off or a practice

that really makes you feel precious, a practice that makes you feel just how beautiful you are,

just how worthy you are. But at the very least, a practice that switches off that negative mind

from inside.

What is something you can offer yourself today to help you feel worthy?

Now perhaps this is a self-care practice, something you offer yourself.

Perhaps a practice where you steady and quiet the mind.

A practice of meditation, maybe with a mantra or some repetitive action that helps the mind anchor to something, giving yourself some minutes there of just quiet from the mind.

Or perhaps this is a practice where you take care of your body, a practice of self-love, offering yourself touch, offering yourself self-massage, offering yourself a sacred ritual in the bath or in the
