0:36.1	How do you deal with the unfairness that you can't have something so basic and necessary?

0:44.3	First, I want to be real and say that it can feel horrible when we think we don't have
0:49.3	the support from our parents.
0:52.1	It can be difficult to navigate because if we have friends that aren't supportive of
0:55.6	our dreams, we can cut them off.
0:57.6	But when it comes to family, family feels like forever.
1:03.3	And I don't have all the contacts for this question, but not having your parent support
1:07.5	can mean anything.
1:09.1	From your parents don't like where you decided to live, to your parents fully rejecting
1:14.2	who you are because of a facet of your identity, like gender expression or sexual orientation.
1:21.8	This can have huge ripple effects for the rest of someone's life.
