In today's episode, you will discover a meditation technique you can do to help you feel like you have choices when you feel stuck in a wave of negative thoughts and emotions. It's your thinking that you may cloud your thinking that you may not see opportunities right in front of you. |
1:11.1 | And so I want to share with you a meditation technique that has you focusing on a chakra. |
1:20.0 | Chakra's are considered to be areas within your body that harbor your emotions. |
1:30.0 | Just as we have bones and organs that support our body and our physical functions, |

2:50.6 | second chakra have to do with releasing negativity, negative thoughts, and seeing the opportunities |

3:02.1 | The color with this chakra is bright orange. Orange is |
3:09.9 | a color full of movement. it's vibrant, it's full of this energy and that's sometimes |
3:19.8 | hard to feel when you feel negative. The element for this chakra is water. Water's flowing. There's movement water's |

3:35.0 | water flows around |
3:38.0 | obstacles such as a rock in a river or even a creek |
