I'm Mary Meckley and I welcome you back to our series this week. We are exploring the theme of releasing negative thoughts

That challenge is to create a worry hierarchy where you order your top three worries of the day and become aware of what those worries are.

It may surprise you. They may be different from what you think they are. Do this a few times throughout

the day it may surprise you you worry about different things throughout the day but

if you even could write this down in a worry diary, then you may notice patterns

in things you typically worry about in the morning, and then you could come up with a solution

so that you're not worrying so much about those things in the morning. You could organize your morning in a different way. The same thing for your nighttime routine. You may

find that you don't sleep well because of the negative thoughts and emotions you

feel when you lay down at the end of a day. So think about what

Organize those thoughts in a hierarchy and start paying attention to the triggers that trigger these

Moodras are referred to often as yoga in your hands
