Actually, as an entertainment guy, I people please for a living.

I'm a professional people pleaser.

What made you choose this topic?

I think that this is a topic that a lot of people actually struggle with, which is people pleasing,

and a lot of them wish that they didn't people please as much as they did.

So I think it's just an interesting one.

I've really enjoyed researching it and finding all this new information that I didn't know before and being able to share it.

I think this is kind of funny because I actually try to please people. In fact, it's my job. For real. Like, if I go up on stage in a sitcom, like Growing Pains, or I'm up on a stage and I'm at a event when there's a big audience of people, I'm hoping that they're encouraged, that they're inspired. I'm hoping that my

message lands and that they're pleased because as an entertainer, it's your job to please the people

who've hired you. And I think that applies to everybody at work. You want to please your boss.

You want to please your customers if you're in a service industry. So is people pleasing

a categorically bad thing or just some kind of people pleasing? Kind of like, I'm not okay with me if you're in service industry. So is people pleasing a categorically bad thing

or just some kind of people pleasing?

Kind of like, I'm not okay with me if you're not okay with me.

Like, I don't know who I am if you don't tell me who I am.
