Summary

After multiple assassination attempts on Donald Trump, this episode asks a deeper question: what does leadership under constant threat reveal about a man—and about us as a nation? From Ronald Reagan to today, we explore how violence shapes leaders, culture, and character, and what Scripture calls us to do in response. Plus, a rapid-fire breakdown of viral culture moments—from gentle parenting gone too far to identity confusion and spiritual deception—and how to respond with truth, conviction, and grace. What if I told you it's the presidency?

Not just because of the workload, it's a ton, not just because of the stress, unthinkable,

statistics. Roughly four out of 45 presidents have been assassinated. So that's close to 9%. So one out of 10. If you include

1:16.6

those who were shot or nearly killed, the number climbs even higher. And about one in five presidents

1:24.3

have died in office. Some from violence. They were killed. Others from the crushing

1:31.2

weight of the role itself. There is no OSHA safety chart that includes that. There's no job

warning when you become president that says, oh, by the way, people may try to kill you, and you need to sign a

waiver. Yet, every president knows it. Watch this. Race car drivers, I think it's very dangerous.

If you take 1% and then take about 10% of 1%, just to break it down very easily, they die. So much less
