On the year 2025, I am 50 years young, I've been thinking about training lately and I'm saying

myself, man, I want to max out the next 50 years. I want to be strong, capable, and healthy.

And I think when I was young, when anybody's young, we look at people that are 50 and we're like,

oh my God, that's old. But I feel pretty dang good. I could lose a little bit of weight.

I could be able to run a little bit better, those, you know, little things. But otherwise,

my body feels healthy. I feel strong. I feel capable. And I like that feeling. Training has been

going very good. And the past week, what I've been doing, which I haven't done for a bit,

is sneaking in just some extra work during my strength and conditioning classes at my school.
