Hi friends, welcome back to Self-Care Daily. Happy Monday, happy spring, happy April, happy

0:11.9

all the things. I don't know if you can tell, but I am really, really excited that it's April

0:17.4

right now. It feels really good to have some sunshine on my face. I hope you feel the same.

What I want us to focus on this week is something that I do in my day today right now all the time,

0:30.5

literally, but we are going to focus on this a little bit more figuratively this week. This week,

0:37.2

we are planting seeds. Now, maybe you have a

0:41.2

garden. Maybe you are very garden inspired the way I am and you're already busy. I mean,

0:45.8

we're halfway through April almost. Are we halfway through April? No, okay, we're still kind of in the

0:50.5

beginning of April, but you know what I mean. And this is really high time to get

about the seeds that I'm planting in my day-to-day life, meaning the actions that I take in my

regular life that actually lead to things blooming later. I get to reap the harvest of my

1:15.3

actions all the time. So depending on how I act in my day today, I get different results, right? We know

1:21.5

it's the little habits, the little things that we do in a day that actually make the biggest

1:25.8

impact on how we feel in the long run.

1:28.5

So what I want to focus on this week as we dive into our self-care practices is tuning into

1:34.8

the seeds that we are planting in our day today, meaning our daily habits, our daily actions,

1:42.7

and actually giving ourselves a chance to tune into whether the seeds

1:46.8

we are planting are actually aligning with the things that we want to harvest. Are your daily

1:53.7

habits supporting the life that you really want to lead? Are your daily habits actually making

1:59.6

you feel good in your life? Or are you planting some

2:04.1

seeds that actually don't make any sense anymore? Are you ready to rethink what kinds of seeds
