Before I dating to that, hopefully you guys had an amazing Christmas holiday or whatever you choose to celebrate with friends and family again, doing shit you love what people you enjoy because you know your life is too short not to do that.

And you enjoyed all the food and treats and drinks and the excess Christmas cookies and hopefully you have it out of your system and now you're ready to roll you know into New Year's and then

head into 2019 full of momentum ready to you know change the game and just crush it and I'm reminded

today especially when I wake up but this is the best I have done in terms

of eating and training over the holidays. I ate really well, trained hard, you know, had a couple

of treats here and there. And yesterday was the only day where I really had an abundance of

Christmas cookies or an excess amount of sugar. And I woke up today reminded why that's a terrible choice. And not, you know, because I looked a little bit softer or a little bit bloated or a little bit half pregnant. None of that. You know, Vandy's important. We all want to look like rock stars and look sexy as hell naked. I get that. But it was how I felt. I felt like lethargic, like a little foggy in the head, like I was almost

hung over, right? Like I got hit by a bus, but yet I didn't have one drink of alcohol. It's weird how

like an abundance of sugar and drinks and things, you know, can do that, make us feel like we

went through this traumatic experience. Kind of crazy. But with that said, I'm going to touch on this really fast.
