A lot going on still in the court in regards to Brian Koberger and his attorney, Ann

Taylor, still fighting the death penalty.

In the last few weeks, the defense for Brian Koberger has not been successful

in most of their motions that they have filed

and trying to get certain evidence thrown out,

evidence suppressed.

We can go through a whole list of these, in fact.

And Judge Hippler is a tough judge.

And some of the things he's ruled upon is inflammatory evidence, words, murder, psychopath, evidence of other bad acts for O.O4B prior bad acts.

The traffic stop on 821-22.

The video, the same vehicle, Kohlberger, used, if you believe,

he committed these murders in driving around 1122 King Road.

Sequestration orders involving Kogger's family, the autism.

He's ruled upon so many of these.

The touch DNA evidence, of course, which is probably the most important piece of evidence in this entire case.

And then just yesterday, Ann Taylor, again, argued over the death penalty.

So we're going to get into this today, folks, but hold on to your hats, hold on to your loved ones.
