| 0:45.6 | want to get it done. I want you to pick a moment before it arrives, so intentionally choosing |

| 1:04.3 | a walk with your dog. And maybe normally you are listening to a podcast or you're on your phone |

| 1:12.0 | as you're walking or you're just kind of doing that walk really quickly trying to get it done |
| 1:16.4 | so you can get back to the house and be done right so i want you to slow that walk way down |
| 1:23.3 | and i want you to think about before you do that activity, think about how you can actually slow it down. |

| 1:53.7 | can you dress for it so that you can actually spend more time outside? Can you be more present |

| 2:03.0 | take and look around and look at the trees and the plants around you, see if there's some leaves |
