| 0:00.0 | Hi friends. Welcome back to the show. It's time for us to dive into another practice centered around slowing down. |
| 0:14.0 | Today I wanted to do a contemplative practice where we look inside and envision for a moment how our lives might change |
| 0:27.1 | if we were able to slow down in the ways that we want to. And I know you have many things |
| 0:36.9 | that you would like to change and shift in your life. |
| 0:39.7 | There are areas of your life that are really stressful and overwhelming and times where you feel like there isn't enough time and where you're rushing and just trying to hold it together. |
| 0:51.0 | I know there are moments in your day and areas of your life where you really would |
| 0:56.9 | like to slow down. And so I want you to give yourself some space to imagine for a moment |

| 1:46.8 | want more slow present time with our partner alone. Or we want to be more present with our kids |
| 1:55.8 | without any distractions. Or there's a moment in our day and we just want that one moment to slow down. We want |
| 2:02.9 | slow mornings, like a slow beginning to the day. We want a slow working life where we can do |
| 2:10.8 | something that lights us up without having to feel like we're under pressure and having to rush. |
| 2:20.4 | Just take a moment and focus on the thing or the area that feels most important. |
| 2:26.4 | And imagine for yourself that you did slow down, that actually you were able to make that change. |
| 2:33.6 | And now this part of your life that used to feel really stressful and overwhelming is now |
| 2:38.8 | slow and you're able to really be there fully for all of it. |
| 2:44.8 | You're not feeling rushed as you move to your day to day anymore. |
| 2:48.3 | There's no stress in that way, but you actually have the time. |
