Hi everyone. Welcome back to the show and happy Thursday. In honor of this being my birthday week,

0:13.4

we have a week dedicated to celebrating ourselves in different ways. And today, I want to take a little

0:20.6

bit of time for you to focus on a trait

0:24.5

that you have or a part of yourself, a part of who you really are that is worthy of celebration,

0:33.3

something about you that is worthy to celebrate. Something about you that you actually really

0:40.7

want to celebrate. This can be a tricky one because we are sort of taught to not speak or even

0:53.1

think too highly of ourselves. People tend to say even think too highly of ourselves, right? People tend to say,

0:56.5

if you think highly of yourself, you're full of yourself, like that's a bad thing. We're supposed to be,

1:35.6

today by giving time for a practice to just tune into all the parts about you that you actually

1:43.5

really love. Some ways for you to think really

1:46.8

highly of yourself and really practice thinking highly of yourself, for you to become a little

1:52.1

bit more full of yourself, and for you to find something about yourself that's so worthy of

1:58.1

celebrating. And now, important to note, this thing doesn't have to involve

2:04.0

the work you do for other people. That's usually the lowest, like the lowest hanging fruit where we go.

2:10.7

If this is challenging for us, if we struggle with self-worth, self-confidence, if we struggle with

2:15.5

negative self-talk, then turning it into positive

2:17.9

self-talk can be really difficult. And sometimes the low-hanging fruit is, well, okay, I'm a good
