| 0:13.6 | Hello and welcome to Girlfriends. I'm Danielle Bean. I'm a wife and a mom and I'm on a |
| 0:19.7 | mission to help you know your worth as a woman |
| 0:21.8 | so you can find peace, balance, and joy in family living. This week, we're diving into social media |

| 1:40.5 | of year. And my two boys who are homeschooled are just champing at the bit because |
| 1:45.1 | they want summer to start and I'm not ready to do that yet. They're not ready. They're not done. |
| 1:50.8 | So continuing to be the bad mom there and push through but getting a little relaxed about some of |
| 1:56.4 | their subjects. So busy time of year and I've been busy with work as well. So between all of the |
| 2:02.9 | different things, this is my advice to all of you who might be feeling similarly stressed and |
| 2:08.8 | over-scheduled these days is take a breath. Take a breath. It's okay. It's going to be okay. |
| 2:17.0 | Take a breath and then do the next thing. That's really what I've been telling myself. That's my advice to myself these past few weeks that have been crazy and it's just going to keep getting crazy through pretty much for the next couple of weeks. Anyway, just take a breath and then do the next thing. And that's all you can do and give yourself |
