when it comes to Jeffrey Epstein. Epstein is, of course, a wealthy investor, notorious for trafficking

teenage girls. For years, he was close with Donald Trump.

As president, Trump has faced increasing pressure to release investigatory files into his old friend.

Last Wednesday, it seemed the dam was beginning to break.

This is CNN breaking news.

All right, we do have breaking news in the Jeffrey Epstein investigation.

First, House Democrats released a few choice emails they had in their possession.

This is one from April 2, 2011. And in this email, Jeffrey Epstein writes to Galane Maxwell and says, quote,

I want you to realize that the dog that hasn't barked is Trump.

And then in a separate email, years later, with author Michael Wolfe in 2019, Epstein said explicitly that Donald Trump, quote, knew about the girls as he asked...

After that, House Republicans released tens of thousands of pages more, which put the White House on the defensive.

These emails prove absolutely nothing other than the fact that President Trump did nothing wrong.
