this week without attaching too much weight to the outcome or the destination.

Today, I want to take a moment to really hone in on and appreciate a journey

that you are on right now where you are actually truly able to enjoy the process. So a journey

you are on right now can also be a journey that you've been on in your

life for a long time, but a journey that you're on where you actually don't feel this

attachment to having to control the outcome, where for whatever reason you feel a little bit more

easygoing, you're sensing a bit of grace, a bit of ease,

where you're actually really able to enjoy the ups and downs and the roller coaster that this

journey is without being dead set on having things turn out a specific way. And of course,

depending on where we are in life, we're going to feel this way about a

variety of things. We're going to have some things where we want something to go our way so

badly. We want it to happen the way we have decided so specifically that it becomes really hard

to let go of that control. And then we have other journeys that we're on where somehow that end game doesn't feel

as important and we're really enjoying the process of not knowing, right?
