videos of the retreat before, and you'll see wives commenting like, this was the best thing for my husband. I'm so glad my husband went to this this is the highlight of my husband's ear my husband came back different all these kind of things and so anyway I know it's hard to break away I'm a dad of four kids me leaving is hard so I totally get it but we would really love to have you there and I I really do think it'd be helpful for you and your whole family.

has been a year and a half almost to the day since I got off of social media and since I got

off of having any news apps on my phone,

which is just kind of crazy. I was thinking about this. I got the very first iPhone that ever came

out within like a week of it coming out. And I've had, I think, every iPhone since then,

which is honestly a little bit depressing and sad.

And really, there's not much of a difference between any of them.

I guess from between now and the very first ones, there's probably a huge difference.

But like year to year, it's mainly like a camera thing.

But there's not very much difference.

Anyway, that's a side tangent.

The point being, I think for many years, if not most of my adult life,

I've probably, if I'm honest with myself, been addicted to technology. I've really enjoyed social media

and phones and blah, blah, blah. And so I didn't realize how much of my world kind of revolved
