Well, I'm the husband to Stacey for 26 years and dad to Ty, whose 20, Chase is 18 and Josie is 17.

And I work at Ramsey Solutions where I help people get better, move up and lead well in the area of work.

So I'm trying to help people win at work.

26 years of marriage and now having young adult children? I think probably a lot of our

audience, they've got kids probably right below you. You might. I think probably a lot of our audience, they've

things you've learned in 26 years with some young adults now? I'm at your empty nestor, or you're

about to be an empty nester? Yeah, not an empty nester yet. One's in college, another one's going to go

away in the fall, and then we'll have one at home um

i you know i've learned a lot i i think the thing that i'm learning now is um i have very little

control very little control yeah you know just with the ages, 17, 18, and 20.
