And welcome back to Real Estate Coaching Radio. Wow, Julie.

Fantastic week. Really so exciting, despite the absolutely horrible, abysmal weather in most of the country.

So exciting to be coaching so many great

agents, and all the feedback I'm getting from all of our coaches is the same thing. Those of you

who get it are making a huge, basically setting ourselves up for the best year of your lives,

business-wise, for sure. And it's so cool to hear all these great success stories that just

motivates the hell out of me. I mean, you know, the funny thing about coaching is it's very

cathartic, you know, in essence that when you hear everyone else's success story and you hear

the coaches talking about the success story of their clients and you hear, you know, the coaches

or the clients themselves and all this other great stuff,

it really does, you know, it's hard not to be motivated being an environment like this, and I'm just having a hell of a lot of fun this week. I know you have to. Yeah, it is a lot more fun. Yeah, it is. I mean, you know, it's, you know what, guys, you know, we obviously had, you know, our coaching business was around for a long time and it was around during the crash.

And I have to tell you, those were some relatively depressing coaching calls. They were. We all lived through that one together, didn't we? Yeah, we did. That's kind of funny, is it? Yeah. It's nice to have that finally firmly in the rear view of mirror. You guys are getting it.

You know, you're understanding the beginning stages of a long-term, ever-increasing real estate boom. And it's fantastic. Hopefully it won't result in a bust. But, you know, over the next seven to ten years, sometimes longer, depending on where you're on the country, you're going to see ever-increasing opportunity. And you guys, if you've ever wondered what it feels like to be in the right place, the right time, well, look around, you are there, and this is the time. This is a, you know, really, that's what's so cool. In all my adult working years, and Julie and I are in our 40s, I don't ever remember an economy that was this, essentially this exciting. In-owned housing, I don't

really pay much attention to anything else outside of the real estate industry. But it's

fantastic, and I'm so excited for you. But you know what I'm really excited about is this weekend.
