This week is all about celebrating the beauty of fall and spending more time outdoors.

What I want to do today, because every day this week I'm going to encourage you to go outside and do different things outside.

Today, I want you to identify your favorite place in nature right now. And especially if you live in a really busy city

or if you live in a place that's far from nature spaces, then this practice is very important,

not just for this week, but for life, figuring out where the nature

spaces are that are available to you, that are actually accessible to you that you can get to.

Now, some of us live way out in nature, some of us live close to the wilderness. I have lots of

forests around where I live, and there's definitely ways to just connect with nature

right outside my doorstep. And I know that's a privilege and kind of rare. So I really want to

encourage you to find your favorite space in nature that you can actually really get to every day.

Maybe this is a forest that's a few minutes walk away from where you're at or from work or from where you pick your kids up from daycare or from where you live, right?

But it could also be a park in your city.
