Hi friends. Welcome back to the show. I hope you're having a great day today. We are doing an energetic

spring clean of our lives this week. So moving from the material of having cleaned out our cupboards

and our closets and our houses,

and now moving towards that energetic and emotional side that oftentimes feels much more important,

that oftentimes ends up weighing us down more than a cluttered closet or a messy garage ever could.
