What is something that you really need to say that you haven't communicated clearly enough?

This is one of those things where when we are biting our tongue, when we know there is something that needs to be said, maybe a boundary that needs to be set, or there's been something

that's going on in one of our relationships, and we just haven't said exactly how we feel about

And that thing that we need to speak out loud, that truth that wants to come out and the truth that wants to be said gets sort of pushed

away or gets held onto inside of us, that is one of those things that can make us feel more

weighed down than anything else. Sometimes by not saying the thing

out loud that we actually need to say, that we actually should be saying, we can get actual

or maybe just that feeling of having a little bit of congestion in the

back of your throat. For me, whenever that happens, of course, yes, we all get the common cold
