| 1:36.0 | actually lift yourself up and elevate yourself and talk positively about yourself. |

| 1:45.5 | come from a lifetime of talking down on ourselves. So doing the absolute opposite. A lifetime of |
| 1:52.6 | focusing on the ways that we feel like we don't measure up, focusing on our flaws, focusing on the |
| 1:58.9 | mistakes that we've made, obsessing over how we should be doing |
| 2:02.8 | better or how we should look different or act different or live different. We are very conditioned |
| 2:09.0 | to focus on and think about and also talk about in public how we're not good enough and the |
| 2:15.1 | things that we're not great at and how in a million ways actually we're not good enough at all. |
