In the spirit of love, and of course all things self-love, I want to connect with some

gratitude for our practice today. And I wanted to offer us an opportunity to anchor into gratitude

time to tune into something we feel really grateful for about who we are, or maybe about something

overcome. I find that finding gratitude and expressing gratitude to ourselves is easy after we have won a

angle of gratitude today. I want to connect with the gratitude that you can feel for yourself

without having to earn it at all,
