Summary

Working really hard can make us tired, but it’s not the same thing as feeling drained. We feel drained when we engage in something that’s not fulfilling, that provides no purpose to us, and adds no benefit to our lives. Are you engaging in anything that is draining you? This episode will help you identify it, notice how often it shows up in your life, and then distance yourself from it - or even quit it entirely. Tune in to begin.
