Today, I have two asks of you.

So I want you to do a little self-care practice today that's going to involve two things.

First, I want you to engage, actively choose and engage with something today that fills your cup.

Something that actually brings you energy, that brings you that sense of zest for life,

that brings vitality into your body, that makes you feel energized, that makes you feel a sense of

purpose, something that fills your cup. And it can be a small thing, right? So for some of us,

moving our bodies brings us that feeling can be really energizing and activating in a good

way. Spending time with people we love can fill us with energy and charge us up. Spending time

in nature can do that. Maybe you have a really specific self-care practice like a meditation that

you do. I want you to fill your cup on purpose. Making art is also a great example of that.

And then after you have done that, I want you to actively choose rest.
