I think it's a good question to ask ourselves, how do we actually know when it's time for us to fill

our cup? What does it feel like to begin that process of running on empty?

Do we know how to catch ourselves before we overdo it? Do we have that honed ability to listen

to our body when it talks to us? And I wanted to just give us some space to drop into the body to feel where we are at

right here right now. So all you have to do is simply close your eyes without changing anything

your life, just as you are, drop right in, close those eyes and immediately notice if there's

something you want to shift or change in the body. So for me, as soon as I close my eyes now,

legs. There's something very grounding about feeling both feet on the ground. But that might not

be the case for you right now. Perhaps there is another little shift of your posture or how you're

sitting or standing that you want to change just a little bit right now.

So trust that instinct and get a little bit more comfortable in your body.

And now, without changing anything on the inside, notice right away how you are feeling in your body right at this moment.
