0:46.8	You know, I know I'm not as cute as Jake, but you know. Well, he's got those pink shirts. I wore pink
0:52.3	for him today. So, you know, the thing I like about
0:55.3	this show is we're going to create an analogy today. We are the wheelbarrow. We have the buy right,
0:59.7	manager right, in finance, right, and multifamily real estate. And as we got together, we started doing
1:04.7	a hundred year real estate and we started focusing on the whole life policies, I want to create an
1:08.2	analogy for our 100 year listeners, taking the wheelbarrow
1:11.5	and creating it for the whole life policy. Wheelbarrow, we have the barrel. We have the wheel
1:16.9	on the front. We have the back legs and we have the handles. In our analogy, Teresa, the front of the
1:23.6	wheelbarrel is the manage right. That's the wheel that's in constant motion. The two back
