You know, I know I'm not as cute as Jake, but you know. Well, he's got those pink shirts. I wore pink

for him today. So, you know, the thing I like about

this show is we're going to create an analogy today. We are the wheelbarrow. We have the buy right,

manager right, in finance, right, and multifamily real estate. And as we got together, we started doing

a hundred year real estate and we started focusing on the whole life policies, I want to create an

analogy for our 100 year listeners, taking the wheelbarrow

and creating it for the whole life policy. Wheelbarrow, we have the barrel. We have the wheel
