Today's 10-minute walk is helping you stay fitness consistent, so let's go for a walk.

What is a good walking goal?

If you've made the commitment, the promise even, to walk every day, or at least consistently,

The answer is it depends. It depends on several factors. Number one, where are you in this journey?

Years ago, 2013, I got my first Fitbit set a daily step goal of 10,000 steps because, well,
