All right, all right. Welcome back to Self Care Daily, everyone, and happy Monday. I am beyond

excited to finally get to say this on a podcast. Happy spring, everyone. Holy moly. So spring

equinox has officially passed. We are in spring season right now. Winter is over and it's

time for us to just get so excited about spring. Now, I have no idea if it feels like spring in the

air where you are. Maybe it's still super cold. You might still have snow on and off. Where I am,

we've had some really sunny, beautiful days. There's definitely buds coming on all of the bushes and all the trees on the farm here

where I live. We have a couple of flowers that have already started blooming those early spring

flowers. It's so beautiful to see. Birds are chirping

and you can really sense spring is in the air, even though it's still really cold and there's still

a bite to the air. But that's the feeling of early spring. What I want us to focus on this week,

of course, is our springtime intentions.
