Welcome back to the deeper and money podcast. Today we have a really fun and uplifting topic. Today we're going to be talking about what if you got fired today. Woohoo. Cue the roses and daisies and the meadow and the rainbows. But seriously, here's the deal,

Famo. So this last week and in the news recently, when I was in corporate, when I was in a

corporate job, my previous corporate employer has had some big layoffs recently. And it really had me thinking and reflecting on my time at

corporate. And so this is, this podcast episode is for you. If you're in a corporate position,

and while yes, it is a steady income, you aren't guaranteed anything when you're working for someone

else. And that seems kind of, you know, frank, blunt. But that's the deal. And I don't want you to

be listening to this episode and think, wow, I really need to start living in this state of fear

and scarcity about if I get fired. No, no, no, no, no. We're going in the opposite direction.

I want you to be in such a state of abundance that if the question came up of what if you were fired

today, you would maybe say, I mean, yeah, it would be a bummer,

but I'm prepared. Like, I'm covered. I have been planning, like, I'm playing, I have planned

out what if that happened. So if it did, it wouldn't be the end of the world. Like, that's

where I want you to be. So this isn't an episode to scare you or

to get you fearful. It's an episode to really help you be prepared for anything that might come up.

Because, again, this isn't to scare you into entrepreneurship, for example, where you're your own boss. And so you are the one
