nolan i have had this in my notes all week. I've been so excited to sit down and podcast.

I want to talk about today all the things that I don't care about as a personal trainer.

I have years and years and years of experience trying different fads, trends, yo-yo diets,

literally, you name it. I have probably tried it before.

And I've just been a watcher of content online for so long. And I think that's really shifted

me into trying a million things. And with that, I have found what didn't work for me.

As always, I do try to put a positive spin when I'm talking on the podcast. So even though I do

love to be reflective about things that didn't work for me, just in case I can open the eyes of

someone listening. But I also like to share what does work for me. So for every single thing that
