Today I want to talk about things that you can't control versus things you can't control. I have always kind of been a control freak and

when things don't go my way I have a really hard time processing it and working

through it. This has come out in past friendships, past relationships,

specifically, you know, when a guy wasn't texting me back or he was cheating on me

or doing things that upset me I would spiral out of

control and try to think of any way that I could fix the problem like how could I

make him want me how could I make work? How could I stop him from going and doing these

things that I didn't want him to do? And I definitely still struggle with this

control thing. I'm not as insane about my boyfriend because he's

actually a sweet baby angel and doesn't cheat on me or lie to me or do anything to

hurt me but I'm still a control freak in my day-to-day life. But I think I've come to a point where I've realized that you can

worry about these things and you can try to control things but sometimes it's not worth it because sometimes there's nothing you can do
