He is a, you know, acrobatic slash fitness fucking fiend. And he, uh,

look sick perpetually shredded out of his goddamn mind. Year round 365, 24-7. So in this video,

something happened to his heart. I've watched a piece of it. I ended up saving the rest to

react to organically. And we're going to kind

of get into the overlap with, you know, heart complications, bodybuilding, shit like that.

Louis Young and welcome to another YouTube video today a little bit different um I've had

a lot of questions about what was going on with my heart and health complications that I

have mentioned on my Instagram sorry about my Instagram over the last few weeks.

Firstly, I'm feeling much better now. So as a lot of you know, I've just been to Santorini,

so obviously I'm feeling much better. So that's where it started about three years ago

when I was at home, I was on a pretty

chill evening and all of a sudden I got very tight chest.

I was getting chest pains, dizziness and it was an immediate cause for concern.

So at the time, no idea what was happening, 999 straight away, no hesitation. Paramedics came out.

They were great. And they basically asked me a few questions. They did ECG at my house at the time.

Obviously, blood pressure, heart rate, all of that. So if you don't know what an ECG is, it is a

electrocardiogram.
