Is this the healthiest version of keto? Absolutely not. The quality is not there, but it is low carb, okay?

So the benefit of low carb is huge, but in a pinch, not that you're going to make a habit out of this,

sometimes you're not going to have certain foods available. So this is what I'm going to recommend.

If you're in five guys, now if you're in another country that you're not going to know what this is,

it is a burger restaurant. You would just basically get the burger without the bun. They have

lettuce wraps and you can do the pickles, mustard, and peanuts, okay? Don't do the ketchup, don't do the

mayonnaise because it's soy based and it's GMO and definitely don't do the fries. So what's really

interesting to me is a lot of these fast food places are offering a low carb version of their food,

which is fascinating. All right, Taco Bell. They have something called a naked taco. Instead of the corn wrap,

they have an egg wrap, okay? So that's that's interesting. I think it's made out of egg whites.

Chick-fil-A. Get the grilled chicken, a cob salad, and of course, no soda, no sweet drinks, no soups,

no mayonnaise. I mentioned that before, and you can just go for the grilled chicken, not the breaded

chicken. You could probably take the breading out and eat just the chicken if you wanted, okay?

Chipotle. Now, of course, you're not going to do the wrap. You're going to do the bowl, put your meat

in there, cheese, guacamole, peppers, onions, salsa, sour cream, lettuce, don't do the corn,

don't do the beans, don't do the rice, or the wrap. I'm sorry. McDonald's. Do the burger without

the bun. You can do a sauce that's cheese, egg, or bacon. Just don't add the English muffin or the

bun with it. You can do the salad, but I would not do the creaming dressing, maybe like a vinegar
